Literature management and knowledge organisation with Citavi

Campus licence for Citavi

Paderborn University Library offers all students and employees of Paderborn University a free campus licence for the Citavi literature management programme.

The system also supports you in knowledge organisation and in indexing and integrating research results in academic papers. Citavi can be used in version 6 "Citavi for Windows" or as"Citavi Web".

Citavi for Windows

With version 6, projects can be stored locally on a computer or in the Citavi Cloud. Teams can also use the cloud as a storage location for shared projects. Projects can be edited on all computers on which Citavi is installed.

Citavi provides 5 GB free of charge per user - for all cloud projects together. If more storage space is needed, users can subscribe to Citavi individually: an additional 5 GB for 16 euros per year or 50 GB for 40 euros per year.

The current storage capacity is displayed when you open the cloud project and select the option "File > This project > Properties > Statistics".
