If media or parts of media are lost, damaged or not returned (no later than 14 days after receipt of the last notification that the deadline has been exceeded), the actual replacement or repair costs must be reimbursed or compensation for lost value must be paid. In addition, an administration fee of 25.00 euros per medium will be charged and any overdue fees incurred must be paid.

Please use the form "Meldung Medienverlust/Medienbeschädigung" to report the loss or damage of a medium and hand it in at the counter of the local lending desk or send it by e-mail to verlust@ub.uni-paderborn.de. You will then receive a replacement invoice, which must be paid within 4 weeks.
